Nestled in the town of Selby in North Yorkshire, 12 miles south of York, the outstanding Selby Abbey is one of the most impressive Anglican parish churches in the whole of England. It is one of the only few surviving abbey churches of the medieval period. Dating back to the middle of the 13th Century, this beautiful abbey is Grade I listed.
