In East Yorkshire, the Drewton Estate offers a gorgeous wedding venue nestled on the edge of the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds. The 1,200 acres that make up the estate include woodland areas and farmland. The beautiful countryside is the perfect backdrop for wedding photography. The History of The Manor Rooms
The Manor Rooms were designed and constructed to provide the best of both worlds. The rustic, old-world feel that comes from being surrounded by acres of farmland and large woodland areas is delicately balanced by the elegance of the wedding venue. The luxurious interiors and fabulous chandeliers add a touch of opulence. The beautiful wood floor is kept warm all year long with underfloor heating and the stone walls provide the perfect backdrop for the most elegant themes.
The Garden Room was designed and can be decorated in whatever style you prefer. The event space seats 150, with seating for up to 200 evening guests. The events manager has a wealth of experience and will provide the assistance you need to make your special day a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The wedding venue also offers a Boma outdoor seating area, complete with a fire pit and spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. Reminiscent of Africa, the seating design and terrace create an outdoor area that is relaxing and comfortable. The Taylor family’s love of Africa inspired much of the exterior design. My name is Abraham and I am an East Yorkshire wedding photographer based in Hull. I specialise in all kinds of weddings ranging from small private ceremonies to large, extravagant gatherings.
